The building, composed of seven flats, is located in a corner lot close to two roads.
The plan and volumes structure differs from the context, proposing a “C” arrangement of dwellings, that stand out with their copper plate covering defined by a sequence of juxtaposed slopes alternated with flat roofs.
From the central yard, a common space, two steps lead to the loggias, set back from the volume of the building. Coated in wood and highlighted by a gradient of hues, these provide the main access to the flats, composed by an entrance, kitchen, diningliving room, bathroom and bedroom. The rooms are arranged one after the other, each providing access to the private garden, of varying dimension. The walls of the front overlooking the garden are set back from the volume of the external perimeter of the building. These empty spaces, with wooden flooring, define a “buffer space” between the inside and outside of the flats.
