Casa CL-R

The project involves the renovation of a villa from the 1960s.

Through the demolition of the previous internal dividing walls and the maintenance of only the pillars and portions of structural walls, a single environment has been created for the living area.

The redesign of the forometries following changes in the interior has partially modified the existing facades by introducing new elements that interact with the original architecture of the house.
A large south window, as an "added" object, underlines the new intervention in the living area and improves the relationship with the large outdoor garden.

Inside, only two materials were used for the claddings and furnishings: natural oak and basalt. The new organization of the internal space includes a large central fireplace covered with stone, placed between the kitchen and the living room and the redesign of the kitchen furniture in natural oak and steel.
